For Registration of ESJCMO Account
User may become a registered user by registering an ESJCMO account (“Account”). By registering an Account, user acknowledges and agrees the following:
- User shall be responsible for ensuring that the information provided for the registration of the Account are correct and complete and shall timely inform the ESJCMO of any changes to such information by updating the relevant information in the Account.
- User may use the Account for access various Braille Music Scores offered by the ESJCMO.
- User acknowledges that Braille Music Scores’ access will be subject to specific terms and conditions.
- User shall be responsible for and shall take all reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality and security of the user’s Account and password and for restricting access to the user’s device(s) on which the Account has been or is used, and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, user agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under the user’s Account. User shall inform ESJCMO immediately if the user has any reason to believe that the user’s Account or password is being or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner.
- ESJCMO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s Account, any functions of such Account and/or any privileges as holder of such Account at any time without prior notice. User may request to delete the Account at any time. If user’s access to the Account is terminated, ESJCMO does not guarantee that it will be able to return any of user’s content back to user and the ESJCMO may permanently delete user’s content without notice at any time after termination.
ESJCMO provides no warranty (whether expressed or implied) or representation of any kind with respect to the safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness and fitness for a particular purpose of the Account. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESJCMO shall in no way be liable to user or to anyone else (in negligence, tort, breach of contract, or otherwise) for any loss or damage (including direct or indirect loss, or special or consequential loss) howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with use of the Account.
Update of these Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time by ESJCMO without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for any updates. By registering for an Account, user unconditionally agrees to the latest version of these terms and conditions.
Interpretation
In the event of any dispute, the decision of ESJCMO shall be final and conclusive.
These terms and conditions have been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the HKSAR. The Hong Kong Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all matters relating to these terms and conditions.
